Our hen party clay pigeon shooting sessions are a lot of fun, however with any activity involving controlled firearms we ensure that safety comes first. A safe and fun environment for both beginner clay pigeon shooters and the experts alike. Each of our shoots takes place over various differing stands, with varying types of clays as this ensures a far better overall experience. In the case of large groups, to avoid long waits between shooting, we normally divide the party into smaller groups for the practice session.
At the end of the practice session we bring everyone together for a 10 clay competition, this ensures maximum banter and laughs. Safe & Sound Clay Pigeon Shooting ensures that your event will be tailored to suit you, geared to what you want, and when you want it. We will not rush you through your experience.
20 Clay Practice Session: begin with a 20 clay warm up which then leads into our competition

- A quick recap. Our hen party experiences start with a 20 clay practice to help familiarise everyone with the equipment and from there we go into a 10 clay competition. Theres lots a targets. Each session will last approximately 1.5hrs. For larger bookings above 10 people please contact Andy.

We started with some simple clays, towards and away from us, then progressing onto harder pegs with clays spanning crossing and along the ground. Overall it was a great bit of variation to really get a feeling for the sport, and ended with a light competition between participants.

Safe & Sound Clay Pigeon Shooting are a father and son team, we know how well this works and over the years we have become much closer thanks to clay pigeon shooting!
We will ensure your session is tailored for you and that you and your family have fun and break lots of clays. It is not unusual to have three generations clay shooting together. Don’t forget there’s always the opportunity to introduce your children to clay pigeon shooting through birthday events, Young Shots Days or to mark other special occasions.
